FACS Analyst

The FACS Analyst is responsible for daily FACS operational duties including: client implementations, programming, maintaining and troubleshooting of the Ontario FACS collection system, including GC Dialer.

The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years experience in Ontario FACS collection system and be proficient in Report writer, Tactics, and basic knowledge of Enable. Asst VP of Third Party Collections

Responsible for the overall management of operations within the Third Party Collections department. Activities include policy recommendations, employee development, capacity planning, process design, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Requires Bachelor degree in business or equivalent experience, education and/or training. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a high volume third party collection management position. Requires knowledge and exposure to process design and analysis, Ontario FACS experience a plus. Requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skill as well as planning. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as required.
